Wild blueberry, Honey & Chia Jam

 

Super duper easy and no cooking involved, just raw goodness!! Did I mention this jam is processed sugar free, gluten free, nut free and vegan! (if using maple syrup) 

Ingredients:

100g wild blueberries

2tsp honey or maple syrup

2tsp lemon juice

2tsp chia seeds


Method:

Place the wild blueberries in a blender with the honey or maple syrup and lemon juice. Blend until it reaches a soft jammy consistency.

Stir in the chia seeds. Put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to allow the chia seeds to expand.

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 7 days
