Warm Nutty Oatmeal with Raisins & Red Apple a perfect treat for breakfast or dessert. You can switch it up or change it around with your own favourites.

 

Ingredients:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 cup gluten-free oats⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1.5 cup water⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Pinch of salt⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2 tbsp maple syrup⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
5 pecans⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
10 hazelnuts⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2 tbsp pumpkin seeds⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 tsp chia seeds ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2 tbsp raisins⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

1 chopped small red apple⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Splash of plant-based milk⠀⠀

Method:

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Cook the oats with the water and raisins for a few minutes until you reach desired consistency.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
While the oats are cooking, chop the nuts and the apple.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Take the oatmeal off the heat and stir in half the maple syrup.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Pour into your favourite bowl, top with the nuts, seeds, and apple and drizzle over the rest of the maple syrup.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Serve with your choice of milk!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
