Mango, Tomato & Red Onion Salad

 

Ingredients:

3 cups of diced mango
1 cup sliced cherry tomatoes
1/2 cup of thinly sliced red onion
1 handful of cilantro (coriander) (chopped)
1 small handful of dill (chopped)
8 mint leaves chopped.
1 lime
1 head of butter lettuce (or iceberg)


Method:
Toss it all together and enjoy!
