Fruit & Nut Bowl

Ingredients:

1/2 cup blueberries

1/2 cup raspberries

1/2 cup strawberries

1 red apple (great for the liver)

 1 sml handful of walnuts

1 sml handful of almonds

1 chopped banana (optional)

 

Serve with a dollop of coconut yoghurt and a drizzle of honey, yum!
