
Coriander & Cumin Hummus
Ingredients:
2 cups of cooked chickpeas or use canned
1/2 cup good quality tahini.
Juice of one lemon
2 -3 cloves of fresh garlic ( or more if you like more garlicky taste)
Handful of coriander chopped into small pieces
1 tsp cumin seeds
1/3 filtered water
Salt
Pepper
Method:
Blend all the ingredients in the a high speed blender until smooth for about 5 min scraping the sides of the blender.
Serve hummus in a shallow plate. Drizzle with some olive oil (optional), top it with olives, tomatoes, herbs and sweet peppers. Enjoy!
