Coriander & Cumin Hummus

Ingredients:

2 cups of cooked chickpeas or used canned⁠
1/2 cup good quality tahini. ⁠
Juice of one lemon⁠
2 -3 cloves of fresh garlic ( or more if you like more garlicky taste)⁠
Handful of coriander chopped into small pieces
1 tsp cumin seeds
1/3 filtered water
Salt⁠
Pepper⁠

Method:
Blend all the ingredients in the a high speed blender until smooth for about 5 min scrapping the sides of the blender.

Serve hummus in a shallow plate. Drizzle with some olive oil (optional), top it with olives, tomatoes, herbs and sweet peppers. Enjoy!
